Role and Responsibilities:
Title: Senior Architectural Drafter (ArchiCAD)
Location: North Gold Coast, QLD
Reporting to: Drafting Manager
Responsibilities:
* Creating working drawings for residential projects.
* Acting as the expert in site issue checks and resolving site-related challenges efficiently.
* Liaising with local shires and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Ensuring all drawings meet building codes and standards.
* Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
* Taking on significant technical responsibility and demonstrating strong leadership within the drafting team.
Required Experience:
* Previous experience working directly for a homebuilder (ideally some volume & custom experience).
* Previous experience in residential building drafting.
* A deep understanding of building codes and regulations.
* Expert proficiency in ArchiCAD software.
* A consistent CV and proven track record in similar senior roles.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
