The Team Leader will supervise a small team of General Hands to carry out gardening and general maintenance tasks for commercial clients.
About the Role
The Team Leader will make a valuable contribution to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving operational and financial goals.
* Certificate III in a trade or horticulture, or equivalent knowledge and experience is essential.
* The ability to think critically and solve problems is crucial for addressing maintenance, contract, and scheduling issues.
* Physical fitness is required for manual handling tasks.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills are vital for success.
* The ability to prioritise tasks within a small team is essential.
* A valid driver's licence - minimum P2 is necessary.
* Confident towing a trailer is also required.
* A NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Childrens Check must be held or obtained.
