We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Risk and Compliance team on either a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the Governance, Risk and Compliance administration and records system.

Reporting into the Chief Risk Officer, you will:

1. Perform compliance-related administrative tasks, such as performing data entry, filing paperwork/reports, and handling email correspondence.
2. Manage the Compliance and Obligation registers
3. Administer the Governance, Risk and Compliance System
4. Coordinate risk and compliance documentation.
5. Interact and coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and update information to support Compliance and Risk reports as well as related stakeholder reports.
6. Maintain and have oversight of the Calendar of activities required to be completed by the Risk and Compliance team.

About You

The successful candidate will be highly efficient, well organised and systematic in their approach along with:

* Solid administration experience in a similar position across financial services highly regarded;
* High-level proficiency and accurate data entry in Microsoft Office applications.
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
* Strong time management and organisational skills assist in the coordination and administration of projects from end-to-end.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail
