Casual Security Officers – Ipswich & South Brisbane
Trident Services Australia is seeking professional and licensed Casual Security Officers to join our team across multiple retail locations in Ipswich and South Brisbane. This role offers consistent casual rosters and the chance to play an important part in maintaining safe, welcoming, and customer-focused shopping environments. Excellent long-term opportunities available for reliable and qualified team members.
Site Locations Include:
* Ipswich Region
o Riverlink Shopping Centre
o Orion Springfield Central
* South Brisbane / Logan Region
o Logan Central Plaza
o Sunnybank Plaza
o Sunny Park Centre
o Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown
o Calamvale Central
o Additional Southside retail locations as required
What you'll be doing:
* Deliver professional and approachable front-line customer service
* Respond to incidents including medical, emergency, and security-related events
* Conduct patrols and monitor centre activity to identify safety risks
* Report hazards, incidents, and suspicious behaviour
* Support centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation
* Assist with emergency procedures, alarms, and evacuation protocols
What you'll need:
* Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
* Valid First Aid and CPR certification
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
* Ability to work a consistent casual roster
* High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
* Reliable, proactive approach to safety and service
