As a Digital Business Analyst for identity programs, you implement and manage digital solutions for identity and access management.

6. Help deliver large identity solutions
As a Business Analyst working on identity solutions program, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions to enhance security, streamline processes, and ensure efficient user management within an organization.
As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be involved in:
7. Managing BA's on assigned tasks, facilitate knowledge sharing and uplift processes and practice across the program
8. Providing efficient and consistent structured documentation
9. Assisting with development of content creation guidelines
10. Delivering Identity solutions and services, including mapping identity lifecycle processes such as provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts, onboarding, password management, and account administration.
11. Clear understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Proficiency in role mining and onboarding applications for role-based access management.
12. Hands-on implementation with identity products such as SailPoint IIQ, Okta, Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, or similar solutions. Familiarity with LDAP and Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a plus.
13. Preparing process maps using tools such as Visio, Miro, Gliffy, etc. Ability to utilize collaboration tools like Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA to create concise documentation of "as-is" and "future-state" business use cases to drive technical solutions and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
14. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to achieve sign-off on business use cases.
15. Content audit across channels & analysis, mapping required changes
16. Assisting with Content design for recommended topics

17. A relevant postgraduate qualification with significant relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant significant experience and/or education and training
18. Significant experience (minimum 5 years) working as a Senior Digital Business Analyst, specifically in identity program delivery.
19. Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and role-based access management.
20. Hands-on implementation experience with identity products such as SailPoint IIQ, Okta, AD, Azure AD, or similar solutions.
21. Proficiency in process mapping tools like Visio, Miro, Gliffy, and collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA.
22. Ability to develop process, procedures, and templates to facilitate the collection and interpretation of business needs
23. Experience working in education environment
24. Proven in Agile success/ ways of working
25. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with senior and executive leaders
26. Excellent written communication, analytical and reporting skills
