A highly rewarding opportunity has arisen to join our team as a residential Social Worker. This permanent, full-time position will see you working 38 hours per week, assessing and understanding the clinical and cultural history of our residents as you develop and provide tailored care plans.
As a qualified Social Worker with previous experience in the Aged Care industry and working with First Nations communities, you will have a strong foundation to excel in this role. You will be able to work independently, consult with our residents, and set foundations for our senior management team.

Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:
* Undergraduate or Post-Graduate qualification in Social Work, Psychology or a similar discipline
* Previous experience working as a qualified Social Worker, preferably within an Aged Care or geriatric environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build lasting relationships with external providers and community organisations
* Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Quality Management Systems (CMS)
* Ability to work with elderly clients and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
