Macbook Pro kitted with required applications & 5+ years of business history is included.Training providedIntroduction to all VIC Members and key prospects by incumbent Facilitator. Coaching and support from 4 other regional Facilitators and the CEO.Skills• An innate ability to interact & network easily with people from the shop floor to Senior Exec level• Had some exposure to manufacturing based industries in Australia, ideally with some in depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or CI• Spent 10+ years in senior roles in Australia• Mature sales skills with the ability to develop a sales pipeline• Ability to work collaboratively with other Best Practice Network Facilitators• Well-developed empathetic listening skills & the experience to be a trusted "sounding board" for senior leadersLength of Agreement3 Years, with 3 Yr option by negotiationYears Business Established is 10 YearsHistoryIn Best Practice Network Victoria history, there have been only 3 Facilitators with the incumbent having served now for 4.5 years & planning to retire by Xmas 2025.
