Sales Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the target market segments, utilizing various sources such as online research, social media, industry events, and networking to generate high-quality leads.
* Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives, crafting tailored proposals and presentations to secure new business.
* Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, addressing pricing, terms, and any specific requirements to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
* Technical Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and articulate complex products and solutions.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
* Business Acumen: Proven track record of success in a technical sales or account management role, preferably within the B2B software/technology industry.
* Industry Knowledge: Must have knowledge and understanding of NDIS and Aged Care.
