About the role
Elchaars Accident Repair Centre is seeking an experienced tradesperson Spray Painter to join our team in Fairy Meadow, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing high-quality spray painting services to restore vehicles to their original condition following repair.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces
* Mix and apply paint to vehicles, ensuring a smooth, consistent finish
* Carry out touch-up work and colour matching as required
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols
* Collaborate with the wider repair team to ensure timely completion of jobs
What we're looking for
* Qualified Tradesperson Spray Painter
* Proficient in the use of spray painting equipment and techniques
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment with excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of automotive paints and colour matching
