An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and ambitious Centre Manager to join our team and lead the day-to-day management of a retail asset, supported by a team of property professionals.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in retail property, with a strong track record in managing a busy shopping centre and leading multidisciplinary teams across marketing, administration, and facilities management. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive asset performance while fostering strong relationships with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the financial performance of the centre, including budgeting, forecasting revenue, expenses, and outgoings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders, including Leasing Executives
* Develop and implement proactive strategies to enhance asset performance and identify value‑add opportunities
* Establish and maintain positive working relationships with retail tenants to support occupancy and trading performance
* Manage tenant accounts, including income, outgoings, arrears management, and resolution of payment issues
* Lead, mentor, and support the on-site team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture
* Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience across the centre
* Monitor and maintain the presentation and operational standards of the centre on a daily basis
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in retail property management
* Strong proficiency in property management systems (e.g. MRI, Cirrus8) and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Advanced financial acumen with strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Proven leadership capability with experience managing and motivating teams
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
