MotorOne Autobody is on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Automotive Estimator to join our professional and friendly team in Caboolture. If you're committed to great customer service and want to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment—this is the role for you. We will consider providing Estimator training for Automotive trade-qualified applicants who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in office-based tasks.

About the Role
As an Estimator, you'll be a key link between the customer and the repair process, ensuring every job runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Greeting and assisting customers with care and professionalism
* Preparing accurate quotes and working with insurers/work providers
* Performing vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping & imaging
* Coordinating parts orders for timely and cost-effective repairs
* Delivering an excellent experience from start to finish

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Strong technical knowledge of automotive structures and repair methods
* Experience with systems such as iBodyshop, PartsCheck, or Audanet
* A solid understanding of modern motor vehicle repair processes
* Great time management, computer literacy, and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
* The ability to stay organised in a fast-moving workshop environment
