**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our showroom team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong commercial awareness, a consultative mindset, and a passion for motorcycles and rider culture.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in retail sales leadership, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport quickly and authentically.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed targets
* Drive strong showroom culture focused on trust, rapport and customer connection
* Own sales performance and delivery of agreed KPIs
* Ensure exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery
* Oversee stock presentation, digital assets, merchandising and showroom standards
* Work collaboratively with Service and Parts to deliver a seamless dealership experience

* Proven experience in retail sales leadership (automotive or powersports highly regarded)
* Strong ability to build trust and rapport quickly and authentically
* A consultative mindset – you listen first, sell second
* Strong commercial awareness and KPI-driven mindset
* Passion for motorcycles and rider culture
