Job Description Manage and lead the bid development process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of bid documents. Support project management activities of successful bids, focusing on the early stages of contract execution to ensure effective coordination and timely delivery. Develop and maintain structured project plans including milestones, timelines, and dependencies. Demonstrated success in securing complex, high-value bids and tenders. Facilitate internal meetings, maintain accurate minutes, and track key deliverables. Strong project coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams to support successful bid development. The Successful Applicant Tertiary qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering Basic knowledge of contract law. Project planning capability, including understanding of dependencies and realistic timeframes. Ability to apply commercial and numerical acumen to real-world scenarios. Excellent organisational skills, stakeholder coordination, and documentation discipline. Experience working with or preparing bids in a technical or manufacturing setting.
