This is your chance to take ownership of the WHS program for a Residential Development. The Challenge: Managing the complex risks of vertical construction (working at heights, lifts, managing multi-trade contractors) and ensuring the exceptionally high standards of compliance demanded by a public sector client.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking a seasoned intermediate professional who can hit the ground running:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of dedicated Safety Advisor experience in the Australian construction sector.
* Project Scale: Proven experience managing safety systems for construction projects valued at $20 Million AUD or higher (residential or commercial building).
* Formal WHS: Mandatory Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or higher (Diploma/Degree).
* Licenses: Current White Card (Construction Induction) and valid Driver's License.
* Soft Skills: Strong ability to work autonomously, effectively influence Site Managers and Supervisors, and manage contractor compliance.
