Hotel Duty Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join our Front Office team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily management of staff and resources across the Front Office department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure exceptional service standards among Front Office staff at all times, aligning with the resort's vision and goals.
* Maintain the highest possible standards in room inventory management and sales.
* Coordinate and supervise guest arrivals and departures effectively.
* Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to provide training and mentoring to department staff.
* Address guest complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
* Perform Night Audit duties when required.
* Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a similar setting (4- or 5-star hotel or resort).
* Excellent organisational, time management, and computer literacy skills.
* The ability to handle guest issues professionally and promptly.
* Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* A high standard of personal presentation.
* A current manual driver's license.
* Experience using Opera PMS software is highly desirable.
