We have multiple exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to join our Terri Scheer Team in Adelaide.
Position Overview:
1. Job Title : Customer Service Representative
2. Brand : Terri Scheer Insurance landlord insurance
3. Location : 1 King William Street, Adeliade
4. Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with mix of Work from Home and in Office, (post probation period)
5. Shift Patterns : Full-time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday with start windows from 8.00am-9.30am

What you’ll do
Your role as a Customer Service Representative in the Terri Scheer Team is to connect our customers with new products and services to meet their needs. You will enjoy hitting sales targets while delivering exceptional service, speaking to customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions.
What you’ll bring
6. Proven experience and passion for delivering brilliant customer service
7. Knowledge & understanding of the insurance market or Real Estate/Property Management experience would be beneficial
8. Ability to use initiative and possess strong problem-solving skills
9. To be resilient and have an ability to positively manage difficult situations
10. Confidence to make and articulate decisions, and deliver on promises
11. Professional written and communication skills required
12. Ability to lead by example, self-motivate, take responsibility and be accountable
13. A high level of attention to detail
