What You\'ll Be Doing
You\'ll be the face of the company out in the field - taking ownership of your work, keeping machines running, and customers smiling.
* Diagnose, fault-find and repair heavy machinery breakdowns
* Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance & component change-outs
* Complete warranty and upgrade work to OEM standards
* Manage your own field jobs with strong attention to safety and detail
* Deliver top-tier customer service - professional, reliable, and hands-on
Gear You\'ll Get Your Hands On
Up to 55 T of serious gear - heavy forklifts, container handlers, booms, cherry pickers & next-gen access equipment.
Roster & Hours
This is a residential position where you will be home every night.
1. Monday - Friday roster:
* 1 day off each month (hours made up during worked days)
* 9-day-fortnight roster:
o Have every second Friday off
o Make up missing hours throughout work weeks.
Plenty of OT available: Paid at penalty rates, mornings, evenings, and weekends
Who We\'re Looking For
We\'re chasing a mechanically minded gun who\'s ready to take the next step in their career. You\'ll bring a solid trade background and ideally some exposure to materials handling gear, but above all we\'re looking for attitude and reliability.
* Trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Tech or Automotive
* Experience in materials handling (Advantageous)
* Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy
* Hydraulic and electrical diagnostics a bonus (training available)
* Great attitude, reliable, and ready for a long-term opportunity
