The Opportunity
An opportunity now exists to join the MBS Marketing team as Multimedia Designer where, as the successful candidate, you will lead the creation of high-impact, multi-channel design solutions that elevate MBS's brand and core program campaigns. You will combine advanced technical expertise (HTML, motion graphics, complex animations) with strong conceptual design skills to deliver compelling digital and print assets contributing directly to lead generation and enrolment outcomes.

Some key accountabilities will also include:
* Design and build EDMs, web and digital campaign assets using HTML and CSS, optimised for accessibility, usability, and responsiveness.
* Develop animated graphics, infographics, and multimedia content to support storytelling and core program campaigns.
* Deliver design variations for A/B testing and CRO experiments.
* Work with the Web/Digital and UX/CRO teams to design landing pages and user flows that maximise conversions.
* Apply data and performance insights to continuously refine creative outputs.
* Partner with the Production & Brand Manager and Videographer to deliver campaign creative on time and at a high standard.
* Support Integrated Campaign Lead and Channel Marketing Managers with tailored creative assets for their campaigns.
* Explore and apply new tools (e.g. AI design applications, animation platforms, interactive graphics)
* Share knowledge and skills with the broader team to elevate creative capability.
About you
This role will suit a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves pushing design boundaries, and has an eye for detail that ensures all outputs meet the highest standard of brand consistency and user engagement.
You will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or relevant professional or agency experience as a multimedia/digital designer including expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Animate) and strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for building responsive EDMs and digital assets.
A proven ability to produce complex animations, motion graphics, and interactive media together with experience creating content across multiple channels (web, print, social, video, digital campaigns) will be essential. Furthermore, a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards together with some familiarity with higher education sector or premium brand environments will be highly beneficial.
