Main Responsibilities
* Ensure the Single Central Record remains compliant and up-to-date.
* Process new colleague appointment documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews.
* Manage the onboarding process for all new colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* L2 qualifications – GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent.
* Experience of working in human resources administration.
* Proficiency in using HR Management Systems.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* A commitment to promoting child welfare and safeguarding.
