BRISBANE | FIRE PROTECTION | FULL‐TIME
We're looking for an experienced Fire Systems Administrator to support our busy Asset team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a fire protection or trade‐based environment and is confident using Uptick to manage jobs, compliance and reporting.
You'll play a key part in keeping work flowing smoothly — supporting technicians, managing job data, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing jobs and workflows using Uptick
* Raising and closing jobs, tracking progress and updating job status
* Coordinating compliance documents, reports and service records
* Supporting Fire Technicians and Supervisors with admin requests
* Liaising with internal teams and external customers as needed
* General administration support for the Fire business
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience using Uptick (desirable)
* Previous admin experience within fire, construction, trades or services
* Strong attention to detail and confidence handling compliance documentation
* Good communication skills and a practical, team‐focused approach
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
