Job Title: Warehouse Operative
We are seeking an experienced forklift driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting citrus bins in the orchard and on farm.
This is a seasonal position, running from May to October each year. Applicants will work across multiple operational teams and picking crews, communicating and planning effectively to ensure smooth harvest flow.
The ideal candidate will have a current Driver's License and Forklift License, with the ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Transport citrus bins safely and efficiently using a forklift.
* Perform daily pre-starts and equipment checks to identify potential maintenance issues.
* Collaborate with harvest operations teams to maintain efficient logistics throughout the citrus orchards.
Requirements:
* A valid Driver's License and Forklift License.
* The ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
