Your role
* Weekly Group Classes: Conduct engaging classes for small groups of 3-8 students across Years 5-VCE.
* Marking Homework and providing feedback

Experience & Academic Requirements
Academic Excellence
* 90+ ATAR required
* Experience with competitive examinations (highly desirable)
* Academic awards or scholarships (preferred)
Teaching Experience
* Tutoring or mentoring experience with younger students
* Demonstrated passion for education and student development
Personal Requirements
* Ability to commit for the academic year.
* Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect the organisation's resources.
* Agree to a non-compete clause (no group tutoring outside NRICH Learning)
* Able to travel to campus locations
* Genuine desire to help students reach their potential
Compensation
* Group Teaching: $40 - $45 per hour class
* 1-on-1 Tutoring: $35 per hour
* VCE Tutoring: $45 - $50 per hour
