Role Overview:

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations of associated credit teams located in Sydney.

The successful candidate will drive the business towards achieving departmental and overall goals by providing timely and accurate direction to staff, coaching, and mentorship.

Responsibilities include actively participating in initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and an employee-oriented company culture.

The role involves managing workflow to ensure service level agreements are met, managing controls and feedback systems to monitor officer performance, and responding to divisional complaints and IDR issues.

* Proven history or experience in management or supervisory positions
* Degree in a business-related field
* Experience in retail or commercial lending
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and empathy
