Our People and Culture Team is all about maintaining and building a Culture, Engagement and Performance. We do this by creating a great Employee Experience throughout all elements of the employee life cycle. Our Shared Services team provide support for all people activities across the employee lifecycle, including management of accurate and up to date people data and provision of high quality, professional, responsive, and cohesive P&C advice.
**About the Opportunity**
We're looking for someone who has a keen interest in designing and developing metrics, dashboards, reports and analyses providing insight that drives key business decisions across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Shared Services Operations Manager, the People & Culture Consultant will develop and execute strategies that optimise and continuously improve efficiencies across People and Culture activities, by building strong administrative solutions that streamline processes, save time, and ultimately improve system functionality and self-service capability.

Key responsibilities:
- Providing professional and efficient support to the business and ensuring the accurate and timely action of P&C administrative tasks, processes and queries
- Develop key stakeholder relationships, working in partnership to ensure the business needs are met
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement of P&C processes, content and systems to optimise useability, accuracy and efficiency
- Contributing to P&C related projects
- Support the Manager Reporting and Analytics with providing regular and ad-hoc data and reporting requirements from the business, including basic workforce reports to analysis of FTE, leave and pay rates by workforce segment.
- Support the Manager Reporting and Analytics with providing scheduled and ad-hoc data, reporting and analysis requirements for the business and within People and Culture.
- Experience with HR Help Desk Support including IVR and Case Management Tools will be highly regarded
**What you'll need to be successful**
- Relevant qualification in HR or related discipline
- At least 2 years' experience working within a HR function
- Experience with SuccessFactors HCM and Tableau (desirable)
- Experience with predictive analytics on workforce trends will be highly regarded
- Strong technical expertise in workforce data reporting, analysis with advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated HR process improvement, HR system knowledge and providing HR advice
- Intermediate Office suite skills
- Excellent administration, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent understanding of positive customer service principles
- Experience with HR phone IVR and case management / ticketing systems will be highly regarded
