We are a busy and friendly Specialist Obstetric and Gynecological ultrasound practice, based in both Wollongong and Shellharbour. We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team immediately. This role suits someone who thrives in a medical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This position will be based on 2x full days of work stable. There will be opportunities for holiday/sick relief when the opportunity arises.

About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in supporting patients and keeping the practice running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
* Greeting patients and providing high-quality customer service
* Managing appointments, referrals and patient flow
* Answering phones and responding to enquiries
* Processing payments and Medicare claims
* Assisting sonographers with administrative support
* Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

* Experience in medical reception or healthcare administration (radiology experience highly regarded)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
