Head Office Coordinator - Multiskilled, Independent Thinker
TriCab is an innovative Electrical Solutions company operating globally. Our Port Melbourne manufacturing facility employs a local workforce and houses our Head Office.
About the role
We are looking for a switched on, organised and highly capable multitasker to become the operational backbone of our Head Office.
This is afull-time on-site position, offering remarkable task variety and opportunities to learn.
While this role is based at reception, this is not your typical reception role. Reporting to the Human Resources and Governance Manager, you'll play a key role across office operations, HR administration, executive support and special project execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Front Office and Operations
* Run a professional, organised and efficient reception area, including opening and closing
* Coordinate deliveries, visitors, customer queries, contractors and site logistics
* Manage office supplies, uniforms, marketing materials and business cards
* Support and coordinate company events, conferences, catering, accommodation and travel arrangements
HR Administration
* Coordinate onboarding and recruitment processes, including contract drafting, VEVO, police and medical checks
* Maintain HR records and data with precision, accuracy and attention to detail
* Assist with compliance and reporting activities (WGEA, Modern Slavery, awards, policy)
* Contribute to process improvements and special HR projects
Business Support
* Research suppliers and coordinate with vendors
* Prepare documentation, presentations and materials
* Support leadership with ad-hoc projects and practical solutions
