As they continue to grow, they're seeking a Business Services Manager to step into a key leadership role within their Business Services & Corporate Tax team.
The Role
As Business Services Manager, you'll work closely with Directors and clients to manage a diverse portfolio that blends compliance, strategic tax advisory, and consulting work.
You'll also play a leadership role in mentoring staff, contributing to technical development, and helping shape the firm's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS across a portfolio including SMEs, large private groups, and some listed entities
Provide expert advice on private and corporate tax matters, including pre-sale and pre-IPO structuring
Participate in regular client meetings, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships
Collaborate on business advisory and tax planning projects, including innovation incentives, indirect tax, and international tax issues
Oversee and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment
Assist with internal process improvements and strategic input as part of the leadership team
About You
8+ years' experience in public practice accounting
Background in a Big 4, mid-tier, or high-performing boutique environment
Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance; exposure to corporate tax highly regarded
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Enjoy working closely with clients and mentoring junior staff
