As a Team Coordinator, you will provide high-quality administrative, managerial and secretarial support to General Managers and their business units, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include: Providing professional, confidential office management and executive support to General Managers and their teams. Coordinating business unit administration across finance, HR, payroll, compliance training and management reporting in line with ART policies and procedures. Managing the preparation, review, formatting and timely submission of business unit papers, reports and presentations to a high professional standard. Coordinating internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda and paper collation, room bookings, catering and follow-up actions. Managing business unit documentation, registers, databases, charts and training records to support efficient operations. Arranging staff training, events, conferences and General Manager travel and accommodation as required. Managing budgets, corporate card reconciliations, invoice processing and purchasing in line with approved budgets. Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration, delivery and continuous improvement. This role is a permanent opportunity. Location: Brisbane. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Proven experience providing high-level administrative or coordination support in a complex or fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, confidential and time-critical information with professionalism and discretion. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, grammar and presentation. Confidence interacting and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, or the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. A resilient, positive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and use sound judgement. Experience in, or willingness to develop knowledge of, the financial services or superannuation industry.
