The Opportunity

Student Services at UniSC plays a central role in enhancing the student journey, from enrolment through to graduation. As part of this dynamic portfolio, the Curriculum and Enrolments Analyst (PACE Program) will contribute to a transformative new chapter in UniSC's academic delivery. You'll be joining the dedicated team behind the implementation of the UniSC PACE (Performance, Achievement, Curriculum, Experience) Learning and Teaching Model - a student-centred initiative driving educational excellence and innovation.

In this role, you'll work closely with academic and professional staff to maintain and enhance curriculum and enrolment data that support the successful delivery of the PACE program. Your expertise will help ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and contribute to improved student outcomes and operational efficiency.

You will

* maintain and improve curriculum and enrolment data to support the effective delivery of the PACE program;
* collaborate with staff to ensure accurate setup of program, course, and class information in university systems; and
* identify and resolve data issues, recommend process improvements, and contribute to system enhancements.

About PACE

The UniSC PACE (Performance, Achievement, Curriculum, Experience) Learning and Teaching Model is a transformative initiative that reimagines how students engage with education at UniSC. Grounded in flexibility and personalisation, the model enables students to learn at their own pace- on campus or online - through a simplified academic calendar, modernised curriculum design, and flexible enrolment options. It empowers students with greater choice and access while supporting their wellbeing and success. Staff benefit from streamlined processes and more balanced teaching and research periods, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative academic environment.

PACE delivers reform across three core areas:

* a trimester-based academic calendar with shorter sessions for flexibility;
* renewed programs aligned with UniSC's Curriculum Design Framework; and
* concurrent enrolment options that remove barriers to student progression.

These elements work together to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience that is contemporary, inclusive, and responsive to student needs and market demands. Through PACE, UniSC demonstrates its commitment to excellence, innovation, and student-centred education as outlined in its 2025–2028 strategic plan.

About you:

You are a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with experience in student systems and curriculum data within a tertiary environment. With a strong understanding of academic structures, enrolment processes, and data management, you are committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Digitally proficient and analytically minded, you confidently navigate systems like PeopleSoft and work effectively across teams to support strategic initiatives. You build strong stakeholder relationships, contribute practical solutions, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

You will possess:

* A relevant degree with experience in student systems, data, or curriculum management, or equivalent education and experience;
* Extensive knowledge of student information systems, preferably Oracle Campus Solutions (PeopleSoft);
* Proven ability to assess problems, analyse data, and implement process improvements;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and organisational levels;
* Attention to detail with a strong commitment to data integrity and quality; and
* Experience with curriculum and enrolment processes in higher education, ideally across multiple campuses.
