Customer care specialist - everyday banking

We are looking for part-time Customer Care Specialists who genuinely care about having real, meaningful conversations with our customers.

Key aspects of the role

* Location: Axle Building, 5-7 Central Ave, South Eveleigh

* Shifts will be 20 hours a week, 3pm - 7pm, Tuesday - Saturday, 5 days per week.

* Please note that on occasion you must be able to accommodate shift changes within 2 hours of your set roster.

* Training will run for 5 weeks, Monday - Friday (5 days) from 1pm to 6pm

* Start date - 13th April 2026

Our Customer Care Specialists are the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us on a broad range of everyday banking enquiries. You’ll leave a lasting impression on your customers by providing friendly, personal and efficient service.

You’re empathetic and resilient. By walking in our customer’s shoes you’ll ask the right questions to understand what they really need and find them the best solutions. You’ll do your very best to resolve all enquiries on the first call and you’ll achieve this by communicating, listening and learning.

Our shifts and training

We offer an interactive and supportive training program that’ll ensure you make an immediate and lasting impression on our customers from day one.

Training is a compulsory component and will be a mix of in person and virtual for the first 5 weeks.


Following the initial 5 weeks, you’ll continue to learn on your regular roster, to ensure you’re set up for success.

Please note you must commit to this roster for 12 months.

Your development

In addition to training, we offer an 18 month development program to upskill and develop your Customer Care capabilities. Our 4 tier development program will see you broaden your skills across multiple banking products to help enhance the customer experience, with remuneration increases for each tier you reach. We value the hard work our team put in to create an exceptional customer experience, so we want to do the same for you!

Work from home with us

These positions have been designed so you can successfully perform your role in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a designated work area, and a connection to the internet, then leave the rest to us.

Our interactive “Hub” days will help you stay connected and engaged as a team, occurring once every fortnight in Axle, Eveleigh office.
