About the Role
As an Overnight Team Leaderyoullmanage a team of up to15 Customer Service Advisors across our overnight and early-morning operating role blends hands on queue oversight with leadership and coaching making it the perfect stepping stone between Supervisor and CustomerService Manager.
Youllact as the escalation point for complex queries ensure overnight operations run smoothly and support your team through mentoring and development all while performing your own frontline responsibilities.
Roster Details : 4 days on 3 days off
Overnight hours

Handle escalations complaints and advanced queries
Monitor queue performance and manage real-time operations
Assign and audit key business support tasks
Coach and mentor while championing change and new processes

Reliability and ability to work well under pressure
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Experience handling customer complaints and complex queries
Completed Leadership Program and / or Customer Service Manager cover experience (highly regarded)
Ability to build strong relationships with overnight team members
