Responsibilities
* Maintains quality and consistency across all menu items.
* Able to multitask across stations and assist Head Chef in daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience as Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or similar in fast‐paced kitchens, ideally Pub/Bistro.
* Clear communicator with excellent organization to support teamwork and service flow.
* Hands‐on, high work ethic, committed to consistent, high‐quality food.
* Collaborative team player, works independently when required.
* Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
