Your role
The company is seeking a Revenue Management Assistant who is a good cultural fit, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn.
The role will assist the Australian Revenue Management Team in developing data-driven recommendations for packaging, pricing, and promotional strategies to foster sustainable and profitable long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will have recently completed an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Business, have a strong attention to detail, and be an effective communicator in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with category, brand and retailer-specific analysis which will be used as input to recommend optimal pack, pricing and promotion strategies for all their brands and new product launches
* Assist with the regular updates and analysis of pricing, promotional and competitor reporting, and developing recommendations resulting from it
* Assist in the delivery of any analysis associated with cost recovery or bench price re-set projects
* Assist in all analyses associated with private label pricing strategy
* Assist with promotional effectiveness analysis for key promoted groups and the delivery of recommendations for optimisation as and where appropriate
* Assist with all category, brand and retailer-specific analysis requirements used as input for bespoke revenue management projects
About you
Qualifications:
* Recently completed an Undergraduate Business degree (Economics, Statistics or Finance)
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise and consult with key contacts and stakeholders.
* A degree in Statistics/Economics/Mathematics/Data Science or related disciplines would be favourable.
* Prior experience in FMCG would be highly regarded.
