About the role
Marketing Manager – Campaigns & Operations, leads the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing activity across the Foundation's major campaigns, partnerships and supporter communications.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing and Communications, this role plays a critical part in ensuring campaign readiness, seamless delivery and strong brand governance across all channels.
You'll oversee end‐to‐end campaign execution, manage agency partners, guide a small team, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and Children's Health Queensland to deliver high‐quality and impactful marketing outcomes.
This is a full time role and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
* Demonstrated experience leading end‐to‐end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
* Experience managing or mentoring staff in a small team environment
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and dependencies
* Proven experience coordinating marketing activity across digital, print and content channels
* Experience working with agencies and external suppliers, including briefing, workflow management and quality assurance
* Experience managing or tracking budgets, campaign spend and reporting outcomes
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with executive‐level stakeholders
* High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to brand standards
Desirable
* Experience in digital optimisation, analytics or performance reporting
* Experience working in the not‐for‐profit or health sector
* Familiarity with website CMS platforms, CRM systems or marketing project management tools
