About Laboratory Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to become part of our passionate and engaged laboratory team. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for routine receipting and processing of specimens, including operation and maintenance of analysers.
* Pre and post analytical specimen handling
* Identification and prioritisation of urgent specimens
* A great blend of skills including specimen processing experience,
* Mainstream customer service abilities as well as an ability to cope with pressure in high activity areas,
The skillset needed can further include the fine art at working with minimal supervision ,with accompanying personal initiative.
Prior knowledge on accurate filing techniques plus data entry facility would come into play
