We are seeking an organised individual to manage customer orders and plan maintenance schedules within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by coordinating sales, planning & operations activities for reman components supply & shutdowns.
* Manage customer orders, ensure timely delivery and high standard of work.
* Analyse and interpret production outputs and bottlenecks to receive orders.
* Work closely with internal regional support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A self-starter with a highly motivated and driven approach.
* Proficient in Excel.
