We are seeking a skilled and organized administrative professional to support our leadership team as an Executive Assistant.
This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, requiring availability over four days a week in-office.
* Assist with preparation for meetings, including taking minutes, distributing follow-ups, and preparing presentations using SharePoint.
* Support the EA with a range of tasks, including calendar management, travel bookings, managing expenses, and credit cards.
* Coordinate with suppliers, schedule appointments, and assist with errands such as gift sourcing or arranging property maintenance.
* Help set up internal events, including catering pickups and venue coordination.
* Be an active contributor to team culture initiatives and engage with colleagues both in-person and remotely.
Key qualifications include:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (3+ years preferred).
* Confident using scheduling tools like Outlook Calendar to manage appointments and meetings.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable approach.
* A proactive team player who can work independently when needed.
* Mature individual able to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
