The Role
We are looking for experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) for our Home called Clarinda on The Park in Clarinda. We have multiple casual positions available.
* Apply clinical skills and up to date knowledge of the aging process to residents within the home
* Be responsive to resident's care through tailoring holistic care to meet individual needs
* Respect and promote dignity, privacy and confidentiality of each resident at all times
* Systematically plan, implement and evaluate care, and oversee accurate and timely documentation
* Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathy
About you
* Current Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPA
* Experience in aged care
* Understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
* The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders
* Demonstrate the application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst others
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtain
