The ideal candidate will have expertise in Positive Behaviour Support, with a proven track record of delivering evidence-based support plans that promote participant's quality of life. You will work collaboratively with participants, their families, and carers to identify needs and develop tailored strategies to address these.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist participants and their supporters to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
* Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans in complex environments.
* Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality support is delivered.
Requirements:
* Confirmed suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Core or Proficient level.
* Experience in mentoring and supervising other Behaviour Support Practitioners.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills for managing varied caseloads.
* A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and learning from new ideas.
