The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Part‐Time Accounts administrator to join our Darwin office. This role is ideal for an experienced accounts or bookkeeping professional who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation. This role is offered on a part‐time basis (approximately three days per week), with the opportunity for additional hours as the business continues to grow.
You will play a key role in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly, supporting both our operations teams and management.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing accounts payable
* Reconciling bank, supplier and customer accounts in Xero
* Payroll support, timesheets and employee records (where required)
* Assisting with month‐end reporting and compliance
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams (where required)
About You
* Previous experience in accounts or bookkeeping (MUST have accounts payable experience)
* Strong working knowledge of Xero
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Well organised with strong time‐management skills
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines
* Supporting the broader office and operations team with additional administrative tasks if required
