We are looking for a motivated Level 1 or Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our growing team and help support our customers across Microsoft 365, networks, endpoints, and cloud services.
The opportunity
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing frontline and escalated technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and working in a fast-paced MSP environment.
The level (L1 or L2) will be determined based on your experience and capability.
What you'll do
1. Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers
2. Respond to support requests via ticketing system, phone, and email
3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
4. Support Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops
5. Manage user accounts, permissions, and devices
6. Assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff
7. Document solutions, procedures, and client environments
8. Escalate issues appropriately when required
9. Deliver professional and customer-focused service at all times
What you'll bring
Essential
* Solid understanding of Windows & MacOS operating systems
* Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid Australian driver's licence
Desirable
* Experience in an MSP environment
* Microsoft 365 administration experience
* Intune / Endpoint Manager experience
* Active Directory or Entra ID knowledge
* VoIP / Teams Phone experience
* Cybersecurity awareness and best practices
* Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
