About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-time Naturopath to join us as a Field Vitamin Trainer - 2 days per week. You will be the go-to expert for product education. You'll train retail teams to support customer understanding and help ensure our community feels confident making informed wellness choices. The territory will cover North Brisbane including Chermside to Gympie and the Sunshine Coast. Our ideal candidate will be available either Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.
The main responsibilities will include:
7. Conducting engaging, face to face training sessions for pharmacy staff and store managers
8. Educate staff on product benefits and usage
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, research and regulatory guidelines
10. Provide training for reps at conferences and cycle meetings
11. Maintain regular store visits to support staff, answer questions and identify training needs
Skills And Experiences
About you
12. Degree qualified in Naturopathy or Herbal Medicine
13. Previous training experience (to both small and large (30+) groups is essential)
14. Pharmacy or department store sales/counter experience is preferred
15. Vitamins and/or Health food retail background advantageous
16. Previous facilitation experience essential
17. Strong rapport building and interpersonal relationship skills
18. Ability to work autonomously and confidently
19. Solid attention to detail
20. Highly motivated
