Clinical Facilitator Job Description
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Facilitator to support the delivery of clinical training. This role will be responsible for educating, mentoring and supporting care staff to deliver high-quality care.
* Educate and mentor care staff on best practices and procedures.
* Identify clinical gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
* Design and implement in-house training programs that meet the needs of our staff.
* Develop and maintain an online library of training resources.
* Provide coaching and guidance to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions and staff development.
Requirements:
* A relevant Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain).
* Demonstrated experience working as a Registered Nurse within aged care.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* National Police and NDIS clearances.
* Up-to-date flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations.
