As the key link between customers and field service teams, you will provide timely updates, resolve enquiries, and deliver a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule field service work, planning technicians' daily workloads.
* Act as the direct point of contact for customers—handling calls, booking services, and providing updates.
* Manage work orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
* Schedule machines for maintenance.
* Monitor progress and collaborate with supervisors to optimize resource allocation.
* Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance at all times.
Requirements:
