The Role Ready to step out of the foreman's gate and run your own show? We are looking for a strong site leader from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 background — a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Site Manager — who is ready to take the next step into management. In this role you will own delivery across a portfolio of strata and remedial projects, rather than grinding away on a single build: leading project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors across multiple concurrent works, and owning programme, budget, quality, and site safety on every job. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have the systems, support, and national capability of an established group behind you as you grow into the commercial and client side of the role — the cost management, variations, and stakeholder relationships that a megaproject rarely lets a foreman touch. As the ACT operation grows, so does the scope of this role, with a genuine path through to State Manager for the right person. The Benefits This is a step up, not a sideways move.
