About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Specialist to join our dynamic team, dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Landscape Implementation: Implement designs, including planting, hardscaping, and turf installation, ensuring high-quality results.
* Site Preparation: Prepare sites for planting and construction by clearing debris, grading, and leveling ground as needed.
* Plant Selection and Maintenance: Select, plant, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping elements according to design specifications.
* Equipment Operation and Safety: Safely operate landscaping equipment, including trimmers, excavators, and other machinery, while adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
* Maintenance and Upkeep: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing to ensure the health and aesthetics of landscapes.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
