Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of policy and procedures in line with accreditation standards.
* Phone Booking Hub: Ensure efficient patient flow through clinic calendars and display professional phone manner at all times.
* General Administration: Manage GP referrals and correspondence effectively, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
* Welcome Duties: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients as they enter the clinic, monitoring clinic flow, and addressing queries and concerns.
