About This Role

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation. Our team is responsible for ensuring that our employees have access to the resources and support they need to perform their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage employee data and maintain accurate records, including personal details, leave entitlements, and performance evaluations.

* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries, processing paperwork, and coordinating training events.

* Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
