Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A certificate III in hospitality (commercial cookery) or equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A warm, empathetic, and professional approach when interacting with residents and their families
* The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
* NDIS and police check clearance or willingness to obtain
