BMS Technicians / Engineers
to join our friendly and dedicated team.
The Role:
As a BMS Technician / Engineer, you'll service, diagnose, quote and optimise Building Management Systems (BMS) for our clients to improve system performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Diagnose and resolve BMS / HVAC control system issues
* Perform scheduled servicing and reactive breakdown work
* Assist with design, programming and system upgrades
* Analyse building data to identify faults and efficiency opportunities
* Work directly with clients in a consultative, technical capacity
* Start to finish project management
* Commissioning of all finished projects
* Monitor project budgets
* Prepare and review service quotes, renewals and variations
* Drive performance against KPIs including response times, chargeable hours and contract compliance
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
* Assist with coaching and developing technicians to build capability and performance
What We're Looking For:
* Experience with BMS software such as Tridium/Niagara, Honeywell, EcoXpert
* Cert III or IV in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Automation
* Hands-on technical experience
* Interest in IT, controls, automation or cybersecurity
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Ability to work independently and across multiple jobs
* Experience with BMS, HVAC controls and automation systems
* Ability to think 'outside the box';
* Valid Police Check and Working With Children Card or ability to obtain
* Drivers Licence
* Full work rights in Australia
